"My wife and I started working with Michele last summer. Since working out with Michele I've lost 20 pounds and gone from a 36 inch waist to a 32 inch waist. My ability to weight lift is unbelievable even to me. I attribute all this to Michele. During the year she has worked with us to tailor our workouts that are challenging and at the same time producing positive results. It is nice to have a trainer come to our home for our workouts.
